Due to COVID-19, orders and shipping may be delayed. All orders will continue to be processed in the order they are received.

Klux3 Collection is a luxury and affordable jewelry line, that is dedicated to instilling confidence in each woman who has the pleasure of wearing our selections.

What is Pre Order?

Pre-order means that the product is not currently in stock and you must place your order as per normal if you would like to secure the item before the item arrives with us.

You will proceed through the check out as usual & make full payment when making a Pre-order.

Customs

Each order is hand made you should allow a 2-4 weeks processing time(PLEASE DO NOT ORDER IF IN RUSH). If a in stock order is placed with a custom BOTH will be shipped together when custom item arrives.

Is it real?

All Klux3 Collection selections are composed of precious metals, i.e. silver, sterling silver and stainless steel. All Gold plated with 18k-24k gold.

Jewelry Care Tips

Do not leave jewelry in cars.
Take off jewelry before bedtime.
Do not expose jewelry to oils or lotion.
Tooth paste can remove most tarnished pieces.

Jewelry Hygiene Tips

Keep in mind that due to the personal pH levels of an individual skins, metals may tarnish more quickly for some than others.
Since exposure to air can also oxidize jewelry, we recommend storing your jewelry in a pouch than leaving it fully exposed to the air.
Avoid excessive exposure to water and sunlight. We recommend removing your earrings before bathing, showering, heading to the beach etc.
If you want to use perfume, wait for it to totally dry before putting the accessories on.
If one is acidic in body chemistry, please do not wear your jewelry against bare skin or expose the metals to swear or else it may oxidize/dark.

Payment and Shipping

It takes approximately 3 to 7 business days (excluding USPS processing and delivery time) to process an order.

To reduce the processing time for your order make sure your billing name and address is the same as that is used for your credit card account. Unverified orders will be canceled and fully refunded back to the cardholder with email notification.

All products are shipped from Houston, Texas. USPS is our preferred shipping carrier within the US.

Please allow 3-7 business days (excluding holidays) for your items to arrive or longer depending on USPS daily operations and expected delivery time.

Once the package(s) have left the distribution process and a tracking number has been emailed, we are not liable for lost or damaged packages. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by carrier, or undeliverable addresses.
